Out of the foil and flipped- 1hour 15 minutes at 350° F foiled and direct
Sauced at 1 hour 30 minutes after a little direct flame
All done 1 hour 45 minutes, yep they was hot like pulled pork
Sliced, don't expect no smoke ring in foil..
Plated with corn on the cob and a nice pea and bacon salad.
Pull off the bone goodness, Not my way to make ribs but works in a hurry and not a whole lot of difference besides no smoke...
