East-West Burger dips

Burger dips for dinner tonight.



This is where East and west comes to play. We use Johnny's in the west and Y'all use Lowry's in the East. One side had Johnny's the other had Lowry's :)



First flip



Cut fancy cheese and grilled some Walla Walla's





Done cookin , wife don't like cheese ;)



Plated, what a great burger dip that was.... Mmmm Hmmm ;)

That looks excellent! I love the two sided approach. I'm going to have to try that. The jus is a great idea as well.

Are Walla Walla onions already available?  I usually do not expect to see them until late July early August...

they have been here for a week or so. if you dont have anyone to get you some i could get you a box full till you get back and send them. :)

Just packaged au jus Sam, the kind in an envelope you mix with water and boil.
