Beautiful summer day today!!
Decided to pound out some chicken breasts and stiff em with jalapeƱos and cheese then wrap em in bacon. Enjoying a few summer shandys while there cooking!

They're almost done! Got some sprouts on too.



The cheese is bursting at the seams!


Aight here's everything plated.
Stuffed chicken, Brussels sprouts, tomato and some pickled cucumber and onion on the side.
