How'd you prepare them, Pappy?
Marinated them overnight in a vac container with lime juice, olive oil, watsa sauce, little mustard, and garlic. Blasted them on charcoal until 125 IT. Just sooooooo tender. Made fajitas with the meat. Before I knew it they were gone and I forgot to take pics
