T, there is 3 tablespoon of butter. I added it to the strained gravy.

Scally, no Indian stores where I live,

Ingredients missing,
saffron , black cardamom, fenugreek leaves (qasuri methi)

To get the gravy thicker I should have reduced it a bit more but over all my wife liked it so I will be doing it again.
I will have a look for those ingredients when I attempt to make this.. I will grab some extra and pm you for an address to send you some.
