Got up the AM & weather showed HOT, high 90F & 10% chance rain.
Got a pack ribs out of freezer & planned on cooking on kamodo.
Got home @ 2:00 ( had comp time) let dogs out & 10 min later the bottom dropped out!
At 3:30 thunderstorm over temp 72F & blue sky's .
Fired up my New Braufels for an interactive indirect cook.
On deck with adult beverage,  Fleetwood Mac playing , & Lucy keeping me company ;D

Had a great time cooking the ribs ,......it's a shame I'm a dumbass >:(
At memorial day I found cryovac  St. Louis style ribs for $2.29/lb.
I was a little leary & only got one pack ( thank God).
They sure looked good cooked up BUT they were the TOUGHEST thing I've ever eaten!

Wow, they look killer!

On deck with adult beverage,  Fleetwood Mac playing , & Lucy keeping me company ;D

Sounds like that part worked out well, even if the ribs were tough.

P.S. I'm guessing Lucy is your pooch?  We have a Lucy too! :)
