That is where I got my info and use her 6 step method in seasoning CI. I see I forgot to give her credit in "My latest thoughts on Cast Iron Cookware" I did somewhere in the first time I used the 6 step method. Smokin Don

Thanks for posting this - I have a cast iron griddle and a pan that REALLY need this attention.  Looks like I have a project for the weekend!
