My pizza oven was hot for the hawaiian huli huli chicken
so let's do a tandoori chicken .
for the first marinade .
ginger paste ,garlic paste , salt ,cayenne pepper ,and lemon juice .
the chicken stay in the marinade for 2 hours .
next marinade
hung yogurt (yogurt that was drained in a muslim cloth for few hours) ,garlic and ginger paste , paprika ,cayenne pepper, salt ,garam masala and mustard oil .(i did not use red food coloring so it is not so red as it is in indian restaurant )
I left the chicken in the marinade for 1 hour .
after that i put it on the skewer and in to the pizza oven for 1 hour .
to be honest it was as good as at my favorite indian restaurant .

This recipe is for one chicken cut to 6
For the first marinade
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
juice from 1/2 of lemon
marinade for one hour or more .
second marinade
1 cup hang yogurt
1 1/2 tsp garlic paste
1 1/2 tsp ginger paste
1 1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp mustard oil marinade for more then an hour .
you need a tandoori oven (or a pizza oven ;) ) i think the SRG will do the trick ( high heat )
enjoy
