Title: How To WOW Dinner Guests

Our youngest came by last night and stayed for dinner once she heard  grilled chicken was on the menu. The smallish hen got spatchcocked,  a bit of EVOO, lots of Way Out West rub, a bit of smoked kosher salt, and a bit of smoked paprika.The hen started off indirect on Grill Grates, then was placed over coals on GG's to finish with 1/2 lemon juiced over all. Dinner was a blur so no plated pics ....sorry. It was "muy bueno"!  Our daughter loves grilled chicken!

WOW ( ;) ) that looks good. I've always (at my oldest daughter's insistence) reached for MO' Rockin' Chicken. I will try WOW next time. Thanks for the great inspiration!
