I used the sportsman to cook 10 pounds of burgers at work. I used a cast iron griddle on top of the grate that fits like it was made for it. Burgers came out with a nice sear and real juicy. Sorry about the bad phone pictures

Those things look beautiful. As much as I like grilled burgers, flattop/griddle is the best way to go.

Nice! I like my burgers and steaks best cooked on a cast iron griddle.
