Title: Smokey Italian Sausage for lunchtime

Needed a good lunch for the weekend and thought why not Italian sausage on the grill then cover them with cheese.  More to follow

you going to freeze them? Not sure the cheese will do well if frozen.

It will be good,  I have done this before just reheating can be a trick when you dont have an oven but all you got is a microwave  :(
