Okay, Y'all...I know this is a "nice" group.  This video contains flaws, errors, and bloopers - fortunately, no bleeps. 
I am working to improve my griddlin' skills AND my video skills...a major work in progress.  Laugh along with me on this one.  You won't see it anywhere but here.
