Title: Beef Ribs on the Masterbuilt Gravity Series

I read High on Smokes post on beef ribs from Porter Road. They looked good and meaty and beef ribs are my favorite. So I ordered some.
I decided to use the Masterbuilt 560 because I wanted the charcoal flavor.
Cooked them the usual 3-2-1 variant.Here they are near the end.

I like the gravity fed smoker. Gives me the convenience of a pellet grill with the flavor of charcoal cooking. The ribs were some of the meatiest beef back ribs I have had in a long time

Very nice indeed! Perfect flossing after eating meal. Lol.......

Anyone else feel the need to floss after eating ribs and corn on the cob? Lol........

Nice work Gus. I haven't had beef ribs for a very long time. Those look very good.

Cajunate: Flossing is required after every meal at our house. We keep a bag of flossers in a basket on the table.
Oral B makes the best, (my opiniononly).
