New to the whole forum thing so please bear with me. Been cooking on various low cost charcoal grills my whole life and just got into the pellet grill arena with a Weber SmokeFire. Have about a dozen cooks on it so far and loving it. Looking forward to learning a few things.

Welcome! I finished growing up in the Piney Woods...mostly Kilgore, Longview, Tyler. So - you will not need a translator here. :D And, unlike a lot of places - there is no one here that will make you feel uncomfortable, with any questions you have. Just jump in and participate.
