Hi folks,
I'm not new to smoking or BBQ and have a pellet smoker, stick burner (that needs replacing) gas grill, and a flat top.
Recently due to time restraints I've been smoking hot and fast and decided to replace my rickety stick burner with a PBC Classic. I have heard great stuff about them and like the idea of higher temps, my longer cooks can be on the pellet smoker.
it's due to be delivered soon and I'm looking forward to tips from you guys and sharing some of my cooks!

Welcome aboard from Omaha, NE.
Those PBCs turn out amazing food and the chicken can't be beat. Season it with Savor Spices Chicken Savor and cook. You'll never use another method or seasoning.
