Hi All
Hope everyone is happily filed to the brim with turkey and pie... I know I am.
Just wanted to share my smoked pumpkin pie off the new black olive pellet grill.
It had a light smoke flavor that added to the awesomeness.
Also posting a pellet deal in the next few days! It will include a LTBBQ only added bonus!! Stay tuned!

I need to do a smoked pumpkin pie for the kids.  I am not a big fan, but they love it.

Billy, I use the recipe from the pumpkin pie can wrapper and I buy the frozen pie crusts that need to be cooked first. That is the secret. I cook/smoke the shell in the grill then do the pie...mmmmmm
