Title: What is boneless turkey breast filet?

Is it whole breast,or a processed thing of turkey parts cooked together?

Sorry we only get whole Turkeys up here. My Parents winter in AZ but have access to the breast meat and just love them.

Yes,love the turkey breasts,a store has these on sale and wondered if it was just a deboned regular breast.Thanks CDN for the reply

They are usually minimally processed. Best to check the label before buying if concerned.

Sorry I'm late to the party...spent another week in the hospital :(

the bnls turkey breast filet is "supposed" to be the same muscle as the chicken tender. Sometimes they are whole and other times cut into steaks and wrapped with bacon.

Hope you get to feeling better, been there more times then I care to remember .

As for the turkey filet, if you can find them here they are just like Rummm said.  Now a turkey roll isn't a bad thing but it is mixed white and dark meat wrapped in a netting for cooking.  They are good for the $$$
