Venison goulash
« Reply #-1 on: August 23, 2014, 11:28:41 AM »
Today I cooked venison goulash: venison meat, a bit seasoned and seared, then roasted some onions, added minced ancho chile and red peppers, some beef broth, tomatoes, and red wine. Let it simmer for three hours and ready to eat!

This one was shot by my Dad. But they also offer venison in stores here.
