We had a bunch of chores to do today but we got em done kinda early and Wendy had some Rib Eyes setting out.
I was gonna use the MAK and post for the review but I said darn it, I am gonna keep it real today and use the offset.
Got some oak lit up
Set the steaks in the main chamber and set a pc of salmon close to the fire-box opening. We feed our neighbor on the weekends and today was Salmon for Easter.
Looks like I am ready to start grilling over oak wood
We ran the salmon next door and I slipped the cooking grate in the fire-box and started grilling some Texas beef!!
Wendy sauteed some shrooms and made her most excellent spinach salad
