Greetings and Salutations

Greetings and salutations from Wallingford, CT. I have been grilling and BBQ enthusiast for years now. I just picked up a new to me Pit Barrel Cooker earlier today and am looking forward to learning the ins and out of this new unit. I also have 2- weber performers, 1- 22" weber gold kettle grill, 2- weber smokey joes, 1- 22" wsm, 1- weber genesis gasser, and an 18" kamado joe classic. All I need now is a an offset smoker and a pellet grill and I should be all set.  :-X  I am here to learn and to help anyone out that I can.

That was a mid 20's fish. One of the smaller ones we caught that night.

I do not own a boat. I'm a surfcaster and I fish the state from one end to the other, and then some. I like hitting the mouth Housy this time of year. You never know what you can hook into this time of year.

Thank you all for the warm reception. Can't wait till I fire up the PBC and put together my first meal. From doing g a little research I found out I need a small chimney starter, short tongs, a short spatula,  a grate to cook on and an ash pan.  Now let's get cooking.
