If you half all your cooking vents your PK will grill chicken with no flare ups. A great chicken thigh cooker!!!!!!!!!

Gotta ask:  where did you get that cool knive at ?

Yep, that's it. I got it as a Christmas gift a couple of years ago.  Very nice balance and weight. AND it is sharp!
