Cooking on a Napoleon gas grill.  No smoker but could be convinced that we need one.  Brisket led me to join the group to peruse for great recipes (I'm loving the instructions for burnt ends - YUM!).  We buy a 1/4 cow each year (share a full with several neighbors) so we have LOTS of options in the freezer.
