They DO hold the condiments a lot better! I haven't been able to talk the cook at my local Beef O'Brady's to spiral cut my dogs yet  :D

I'm sorry, I didn't watch the video before posting earlier.  He clearly explains that you want to spiral cut the dog so it cooks straight and fits in a bun.  ???  What is happening to his other dogs?

I showed the cook at the commisary where I  work the video so he showed me how to make a tomato skin rose.
