Who's up for a Spring Gathering in East Tennessee?

We are looking at having a gathering in the spring somewhere around Nashville or Sevierville area.

This is not to replace the Fall Gathering, but it is adding to it by giving others a chance to meet that may not be able to make the Fall Gathering. 

We would like input from those that are interested for this gathering, like places to hold it, camp grounds in and around those areas.

Tim said he can bring grills/smokers, I should be able to bring a few SRG's . 

So post ideas or comments spring ain't that far away

Can we grill vegetables?   

I would try to come for sure. I'll bring whatever I can that's needed. Cookers,   Shrimp, Conecuh Sausage, Maybe a stuffed chicken or two from the Cajun market.    I've never seen us short on cookers are food...
