I'll be there. I'll bring an SRG and smoker if needed.  Dee

You may see a Minnesotan there also. Nashville isn't that far

We need to do a little reshearch and find an area to hold it but I believe we can do it.

Nasville is a little closer for the people in the Midwest & Ark.
A RV campground that also has cabins for rent & a pavilion to use might be an easy place .

Myself, Jan, and Barney would look forward to a gathering in the Nashville area. Would hope it would be scheduled later than about mid April so a fellow could de-winterize the rv and not have to winterize it again before coming home.

Depending on what is going on at home I would be interested for sure both Nashville and Sevierville are good with me. I know there is a big campground out near Opryland but don't know what all they have there.

The Tremont Campground in Townsend Tn  has 2 levels of cabins on site. Camper parking for rigs like Old Dave has. And tent camping for Don. All look to be arranged where we would be fairly close together.  Hotels close as well. Cades Cove is just down the road (Beautiful place to spend some time), Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge is over the mountain.
It's easy to bring a trailer in from the Marysville Tn direction.
For what we may want this looks pretty good.   I'll keep looking ...

Tommy - Check out Cedars of Lebanon State Park. Close interstate access, cabins, Tent campsites, RV sites & a lodge that sleeps 80, as well as picnic pavilions with park grills & a fireplace. Cedars of Lebanon is about 30 minutes east of Nashville on I-40.

The parks suggested by tnjimbob and TLG look great... One is in the Great SMokies, which may be a little cooler, and the other is nearer to Nashville - which may be more centralized as a location. But - the drive time difference is 2-1/2 to 3 hours  in an east/west

If there are more suggestions - please post them. Hopefully we can distill these into a pro and con discussion - then a poll to see what the majority would like to do?

I am really disappointed that you are not considering the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Free food; good entertainment; an opportunity to double your money; and the sight seeing is fantastic by the pool. What's the matter with you people?

I'm still trying to figure out when Nashville moved to EAST TENNESSEE!
