i DEFINITELY want to go to Paschal's Manale...the home of the BBQ Shrimp. Yours looks awesome - and thanks for the recipe LVC!
Pascal's has a good oyster bar & BBQ shrimp!
I'm planning a food orgy for Krew de Smoke & it's on the list!!

GOOD! I love that shrimp LA...Been TOO LONG since I have been to Pascal's for some. My wife went toe the N.O. School of Cooking for 2 weeks, two years in a row to learn how to make a roux, and the basics of  Creole and Cajun cuisine. She does a pretty good  BBQ shrimp, and gumbo and even a passible étouffée.
BBQ is neither verb or noun. It is an experience.
