Title: Just a Simple Easy Breakfast for Dinner

I didn't feel like doing anything requiring too much effort this evening so I went with pancakes and a shredded Jarlsberg cheese omelet.

I find Jarlsberg to be a nice melting cheese for grilled cheese and especially an omelet.

Breakfast for dinner is always a winner!  Looks delicious.
