All packaged up for the freezer. All packages are right around 3/4's of a pound



One of the packages didn't seal quite right soooooo. Hearty White Bean and Sausage Soup it is!!

If your wanting the Soup recipe you can find it here. They used Conecuh sausage for testing in theirs. So any smoked sausage will work.

Question: With that course of a grind, did you let the mix sit in the fridge for a day or two to cure before stuffing it?

I love Andouille but typically use it mostly inn gumbo or red beans and rice. I need to rethink that.
