More Cold Smoke For 'Nduja

Giving the 'Nduja another round of cold smoke. Hope to be done by BBQ time in KY.

Okay.  I googled 'Nduja.  I hope it is done for Paducah.  Sounds most interesting.  I want some!!

Looks good Rick, I haven't seen any wild piggies in way to long, hopefully this winter they will get to moving so I can fill the freezer (and your cooler)

Hint taken.  I'll see what I can do.  My next elk hunting trip is in early November, so I will be able to restock my freezer.

Looks like 2 of the 'Nduja and Fireball will make it to KY but the UMAi dry chroizo needs more time.

(2 'Nduja staying here for cigar shop guys)
