Doing 7 lbs of chubs for some garlic bp SS.
The mix is from PS Seasoning, Its their garlic i added the CBP.
PS Seasonings used to make the Cabelas kits, not sure if they do anymore though.
Lastnight all mixed, cover and in the fridge.
Stuffed and hung at room temp for an hour.
Smoker at 130* no smoke for an hour. Late start = long day
