This chub is the UMAi blend of summer sausage. The second 50mm chub. The two 70mm chubs are not done yet.
Sliced and ready to vac seal.


Had to break out the good china  :D



The UMAi Soppressata loaves i did are now getting sliced and vac seal.

Looking at the UMAi SS in the 70mm chubs. They are close so they get a vac seal also.
