Jerky time again
« Reply #-1 on: June 01, 2013, 09:58:47 PM »
Did my regular Jerky in the Brine. I was going to buy a whole top round but who am I trying to fool, I can barely get six pounds in my Bradley smoker.

All trayed up and the top tray had the Limited edition Super pig sprinkle on top :)

Full smoker of beef

The superpig jerky was great, a bit of sweet and salty all in one but not a knock out winner which I had hoped ;)

Rest of the jerky in a paper bag for a ride in the refrigerator for a day until I get some foodsaver bags...

Thanks for looking folks

Good looking jerky!
A few pieces right now would hit the spot!

Looks good, I do jerky for my boss.  He sends venison roast my way and gets jerky back plus keeps me out of trouble
