Friday nights are anything goes night.
Today felt like pizza. I keep a dough ready to go in the refrigerator.

My tomato sauce, whole milk mozzarella, Jimmy Dean bulk breakfast sausage and prosciutto. Finished with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Cooked in a 12 inch lodge CI skillet

Best scotch to go with BBQ! I actually pour it into a mason jar when I'm cooking outdoor! LOL, yeah I know.

See I deliberately left out the peas.

That pizza looks fantastic!
Being Good Friday, I went some salmon and asparagus.
I was having 12 year old Dalmore while I cooked.
It was a single malt kind of night.

So what appliance did you use to heat up that pie in a pan? Another observation: Did you happen recognize that the bottle of Scotch has very small hole in the bottle. and tend to leak? My neighbor and I argue that point when the single malt appears at one of our weekly meetings. Some how that bottle empties 2-3 times faster than the Paddy. I think I can prove it now by using a mason jar when pouring from his bottle. Just my observation. ???

I thought that my liquor store was playing tricks on me coz all the bottles that I buy tend to empty out pretty quick.
I cook my pizzas in cast iron skillet or lodge baking sheet. Never preheat the actual pan coz I let the pizza dough rise in the pan. But I make sure that the oven or grill is blazing hot.

Did you use an oven or one of your smokers or grills ? I 'm thinking it was not the PBC. ;)

I use my Weber performer when pizzaing outdoors.

Or 550 degrees oven indoors. The PBC slightly dangerous for my pizza since I prefer very high temp. I don't want to reach in there.

BTW, when using the grill, I place very little amount of hot coals directly under pan. I place got coals in a circle banked against the grill wall.

AWESOME looking pizza! I think Friday at your place looks like a winner!

I would gladly risk a diabetic coma episode to eat one or three of those pizzas! They both look amazing, may have to try on the SRG soon.
