I saw this on Bizarre Foods and would love to try it. Attn: Hub this is right up your alley. These are a thick meat and gravy mix rolled into balls, breaded and deep fried. They are popular in the Netherlands and served with mustard for dipping. Here is a link to a video that shows how to make them. Whew.....anything with gravy might be worth the effort....... ::)

I found this recipe on Taste of home I will use, if I ever make it. Looks like less work using store bought beef broth. For the beef I would use ground sirloin and cook first. The ones on Bizarre Foods looked like they were more gravy in the center and not so much meat. Don
