Looks and sounds interesting. My family is not a big fan of a lot of smoke, big rubs, or sauces - and I admit, I am not either (although I AM a big fan of The Smoke!) A touch of smoke and a light hand on the rub or sauce is good for me - I think I need to do some more experimenting.

I tried several BBQ places in London that were trying to do American style and most of them were like the mediocre BBQ you get in most places here. I wish I could remember the one good place we found in Soho. It had really good Southern American style BBQ. I would love to try this guy's question.

Yessir, I really enjoyed it. I love seein' how people use different techniques to cook outside. This guy is WAY outside the box, but his 'cue looks mighty good...he's just pulling pork from the ribs instead of the butt.
