Weekday cook, Johnsonville Hot Italian Sausage on the SRG, took only 30 minutes on high, combined
with leftover potatoes, carrots, onions and mushrooms from last nights cook on the "can cooker JR"

Looks good, I have done sausage in my Big Easy years back may need to look at that again
