Bought some thick ribeyes today at Costco. Seasoned them up and put them on my MAK.

Put them on at 250 and flipped once they reached IT of 95.

While the steaks were cooking, I grilled up some onions on my gas grill.

When the steaks reached IT of 110, moved them to gas grill to sear on hot Grill Grates. Seared on each side about 2 minutes.

Brought inside and let rest 5 minutes before cutting open and assembling burrito.
