Well, I got two beers. One for two slices. So I would need 4 slices.
Tell ya what, throw another pizza in that Blackstone and I will grab a 18 pack 8)

I have been making PM pizzas for years. What I do to get a crispier crust is cook it on the tray it comes with for 6-7 minutes. You can then very easily remove the tray. You don't need a peel to get it off. I just make sure it is loose all around the edge. Then I use tongs to pull the tray out, leaving the pizza on the oven rack. I don't see why that wouldn't work for you.
Pretty gutsy flipping the pizza!

Your second one to suggest that, overall cooking time on the Blackstone was about 4 minutes maybe even a little less. I didn't check the temp on the bottom stone but I'm sure it was around 5-600. My fear would be that the cardboard tray would instantly start to smoke and then start on fire. Not willing to try it. On the second revolution of the stone the crust was already starting to brown and the cheese was melting. That how fast it cooks and this is with the propane turned down. Thanks for the advice

You could start it in the oven and finish on the Blackstone. More effort, but it would work

Thanks good idea

One more idea. Ask PM to make it on parchment that you bring in. I think they would.

I have the best idea of all Tom.

I did ask if there was another way. They told me that the pizza would fall apart if it wasn't on the disk they even discouraged me from ordering the thin crust which I originally wanted and steered me toward the original crust told me I would have the best chance with it. I do pizza quite often that's why I wanted the Blackstone and I have a PM usually close on the way home so I will try again. Maybe this was beginners luck but I'll try again and let you know the results. Thanks for all the great ideas, that's what great about this site!
