Another great cook Tom.   But I need to stay off here, you guys are killing me with great looking food and it will be another two months before I can cook outdoors :(

Tom with the cookers that you have two of do you notice any difference between two of the same or do they cook exactly the same? I know temp plays a role but anything else? Thanks

They are the same! Outside temp does matter

The stack, works nice, eliminates the need to crack open the lid when you want to,raise the temp.
