Rec Tec is a way better product, just keep in mind the stainless Rec Tec uses is not 304 and it will eventually rust.

I have not tried the Bullseye but I am thinking of getting one in the near future.   I have a RT680 and LOVE it, would buy from them again with no hesitation  they are a great company to deal with

I was going to leave a comment saying that if you were going to get the Bullseye, why wouldn't you just opt for the Trailblazer? Mostly due to size. But after some digging, the Bullseye actually have a larger primary cooking surface and 200 bucks cheaper.  However, it does not look like it comes with the PID brains.
