Had a craving for deep dish pizza so here is my version (low carb ) :D :D :D
Basic recipe.
2 cupe almond flour
1/2 cup VWG
1/2 cup starter/poolish
1/2 cup water (110 temp to mix with poolish)
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp yeast

It is it really helped with texture and taste. Only down fall so far is there are more carbs in a starter than I like. BUT, when you break it down into a recipe per serving it's still a win win
