Thought I would see who owns what and what they like or dislike about it.

Used to own 2 of them. Very well built, and built in the U.S....or at least - they used to be.
I had problems with getting product support from them, and it caused me great frustration, to the point that a frankly gave them away.
They get great play in the BBQ comp. circles - but......I am being honest in relating my experience, you be the judge.

I dread the day the controller on my Amerique dies out of warranty. A good smoker but a replacement controller is over $500, something I did not look at or consider when purchasing.

I just sold my Cookshack. Other than the set it and forget it part, the flavor profile is just not there for me......................have not had to deal with their CS so can't comment on that............
