Title: Grillgrates on the Memphis
Post by: ronman451 on April 20, 2019, 03:32:53 PM
I decided to try my Grillgrates on the Memphis today. A big butterflied boneless chicken breast for sammiches. Results were very good!

Memphis grills and grill grates make for one mean searing machine.

I bought my GrillGrates years ago sized for my Memphis and use them fairly often -- they work as advertised.  What I found by accident is that they also fit my gasser which I use more for burgers and dogs than anything else.  On the Weber they make a HUGE difference.  The burgers and dogs now come off tasting like they've actually been grilled instead of just heated up.  I keep thinking I'll get around to ordering another set of GG's but instead of just keep moving them between the two cookers.
