A year ago I tried some ribs my friend made on a smoker...Wow!! Immediately I was sold on trying to cook some real BBQ. I’m an owner of a Traeger Renegade Pro for almost a year. Last week I received my new Vision Kamado S-Series Grill. Can’t wait to try some cooking with lump charcoal. Much looking forward to learning tips and techniques for doing some REAL bbq’ing.
