I recently purchased a Mak 2 Star Grill and also smoke on a Kamado Joe Big Joe. I am looking forward to using both and reading more topics on both in this forum.

Rwalters your post on Kamadoguru about your experience with the Mak and pellet grills is one of the reasons I went with the Mak 2 star and a pellet grill.  I just ordered the Mak Friday so I don't have it yet.
