Title: Hello from the Oregon coast

WSM 18.5, old PK Grill, Weber 22, and lots of gadgets. I usually smoke the big three (ribs, butts, brisket) but have been known to throw frozen pizza in the WSM to see what happens. Turns out its real good.

Looking forward to meeting like minded folks here.
