Hey Tom, does the grill come with a cooking grate for when you do not want to use the rotisserie or is this strictly a "spinner" grill?
-
Certainly is a big rascal! Chickens look real tasty!!
-
I would stay for dinner if invited: :)
-
Great looking chicken and grill Tom!
-
Do I like this pit!! Hey Tom, would you be able to cook indirect?
Are there vents on both sides?
I figure you could load up one coal tray and have it at its lowest setting and have grub on the other one set up higher??

I was working with a guy out in San Diego on a double 55 gal barrel pit with rotisserie and this beauty came along.
Hey Tom, with the gas assist: could you cook with coals and chunks and if desired when your coals go out would the gas assist be enough to finish off the cook?
and
Have you had to reload coals and how easy/hard is that?

Yes you can cook with both Smoke as I did in the video when it rained. In the video I also demonstrated how hot it got inside the grill with just the gas on. reloading especially in the front is easy the coals in rear is also doable but I could easily see using charcaol in the front and the gas in the back. A nice even combination

My apologies Tom. I should really watch all the videos before I bombard you with questions.
