It has been raining all day and is expected to continue through the weekend. I bought some spare ribs and since I hadn't cooked anything on charcoal for a while, I was going to use the UDS today. But the rain took care of that plan.
So plan B was to cook them on the Bradley since I have the "Bradley House" to keep the rain at bay.
Made up a large batch of Spicy Jan's Rub and threw a rack of ribs in the Bradley. Decided to use the 12" Amazn smoker instead of pucks.
I didn't take pics because while the Bradley was protected from the rain, I wasn't. So here is the final pic, on a plate with some potato salad and baked beans.

It was all good, and washed down with some Apple Shine.

You're in good company on that rain bit. We drove 300 miles to our mountain camper retreat only to spend one night then come home because the rain never quit and everything was wet. Still raining today. I'm going to do some research on do-it-yourself ark kits. The animals are pairing up outside.
I do have a covered cookshack, though, and ribs will go on the Memphis this afternoon.
