Title: Kettlepizza - Making Dough part 2
Post by: veryolddog on September 17, 2013, 08:34:33 PM
Hello Everyone,

I spent the day making dough to be used on the Kettlepizza. I actually made 4 dough balls and froze 2 so that we could have the convenience of making a pizza spontaneously if we chose to do so. So, what I did is document the process of making dough that will be used this evening on the Kettlepizza attachment.

This dough came out very good today and really puffed up and expanded. I must have done something right. I really do not think that there is anything unusual about my pizza or bread dough than anyone else's, I just incorporated a couple of things from my Mom when I watched her make pizza dough a long time ago.

Here's the video. It is pretty interesting and plays well with nice background music.

Enjoy.
