Lamb chops and Carrots

Wife wanted lamb chops and carrots so I cooked the lamb chops and she cooked the carrots.





Dang them homegrown Jalapeno's are hot :)

My wife will pass on the jalapeños, but she would be all over the chops.  They look really good!!  Nice job.

I don't do lamb, but by the looks of that delicious plate I think I would definitely give it a shot!
